Yanfeng Automotive Interiors (YFAI) received the Top Employer 2018 certification for good working conditions and its Human Resources (HR) management recently in three countries - the US, Germany and Slovakia. The independent Top Employers Institute in the Netherlands has reviewed and recognized YFAIs’ human resources processes. This is not our first recognition by this organization: The Shanghai Top Employer Institute recognized YFAI China in 2017 and 2016.

The companies have to fulfill high requirements in the categories Talent Strategy, Personnel Planning, Onboarding, Training and Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career and Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits as well as Corporate Culture.
