Our Commitment

At Yanfeng, we are committed to providing adequate working conditions in our facilities, and human rights. This is evidenced in our Human Rights and Working Conditions policy. We also support the communities we do business in around the globe through volunteering our time and providing monetary support.

Our commitment to this is also evidenced by our involvement with the UN Global Compact, and our promise to uphold their ten principles, which encompass human rights, labor standards, environmental sustainability and anti-corruption efforts. Through our alignment with these principles, we demonstrate our dedication and to being a responsible corporate citizen and striving to make a positive impact on the world.

Community Engagement

At Yanfeng, we honor our social, environmental, and economic responsibilities. We believe that it is our responsibility to take care of, add value to, and give back to the communities in which we live and work.

Good corporate citizenship matters to Yanfeng. It represents everything our company stands for – respect, integrity, teamwork and putting people first. By giving back to local communities across the globe, our employees are living the company’s values.

Every community project contributes not only to building strong relationships between our staff and non-profit organizations, but also to building our reputation and inspiring trust in our brand wherever we live, work and travel.

iCare Program

We value good corporate citizenship and prioritize giving back to the communities where we operate. That’s why we created iCARE, an employeeled initiative that encourages volunteerism and collaboration with local nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Together, we aim to support the arts, education, environment, health, sustainability, and social services in our communities. In addition to employee volunteer hours, a donation is made to the selected organizations.

Care & Share

The Care & Share Program is a US-based, employee led initiative that was established in 1984 to distribute corporate charitable contributions and encourage team member participation in supporting deserving causes. Each year, team members nominate a variety of charitable causes. The Care & Share employee committee then selects several non profits as recipients of donations. These causes provide support for substance abuse, homelessness, poverty, child abuse, domestic violence as well as the environment.

Community Activities

In addition to these special programs, we also actively promote other social welfare activities and community services in the three regions, including poverty alleviation and schooling in poor areas, planting trees in deserts, helping Ukrainian refugees, and public welfare blood donation, etc.
