Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report

The 2023 Yanfeng International Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report highlights the company’s sustainable performance and key global updates, including our supply chain. 

As a leading global automotive supplier, Yanfeng has made a commitment to ethically serve and improve the communities in which we live and work around the world. Daily, our global employees are committed to helping us achieve this through sustainable practices, living our company values, and acting with the utmost integrity in all that we do. We cannot achieve our sustainable growth targets and continued success without each employee’s dedication, commitment, and passion to uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with all legal requirements everywhere in the world where we do business. Our values and principles will always guide our business success.​ 

From an ESG business practice perspective, Yanfeng holds its supply base to the same standards as its employees. To underscore this, a Partner Code of Conduct was introduced, which suppliers are expected to adhere to regarding ethics and integrity. 

In addition to the social commitment, Yanfeng is concentrating on the environmental aspect of sustainability. It’s prominent in everything from how products are designed and where they are manufactured – in plants that leverage renewable energy and sustainable processes. Yanfeng’s carbon reduction strategy includes multiple milestones that help the company achieve the target of net-zero emissions in 2050 (Scope 1, 2, and 3 upstream).
