Job Description
Supervisory Capacity: Direct Reports: 15-20
- Ensure that the inventory and reliabilityof materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the PEPS system (first entries, first departures/FIFO)
- Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
- Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.
- Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
- Update of stock level for Material coordinators
- Participate in annual inventory.
- Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.
- Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Conduct regular safety audits and address potential hazards promptly.

Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Area of Study: General Studies/Supply Chain Management orsimilar
*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previousexperience supervising people.
1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Able to pass forklift certification testing.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience withMicrosoft systems
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Experienced coaching employees (performance reviews/corrective actions)
- Counting/Basic math skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
