Job Description

We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team at BU Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Serbia d.o.o., Kragujevac.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assists in the repair and maintenance of production tooling

   

• Supports troubleshooting and fault identification on tooling while minimizing production downtime

   

• Assists in the implementation of planned preventive maintenance activities

   

• Participates in tooling modifications and engineering changes according to responsible engineer instructions

   

• Supports diagnostics and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic tooling components

   

• Assists in providing technical support for external activities

   

• Collaborates with the Production Department to resolve issues related to scrapreduction and process optimization

   

• Assists in performing and monitoring testing activities in accordance with defined procedures

   

• Supports welding, grinding, and polishing of tooling components as instructed by the responsible engineer

• Ensures compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures relevant to the department

   

• Adheres to occupational health, safety, and environmental protection requirements communicated through work instructions and training

• Maintains cleanliness and performs basic daily upkeep of the work area

   

• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirements:

Qualification: Level III or IV(technical/secondary education preferred)

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar rolewithin the automotive or manufacturing industry Preferred experience with injection molding.
