Process technician for injection molding

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team at BU Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Serbia d.o.o., Kragujevac.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee part production processes, including sewing and machinery operation, toensure high-quality output and minimal defects

• Monitor and adjust process parameters,perform test samples, and assist in commissioning new or refurbished machines

• Document and communicate deviations or issues with engineers, supervisors, and other process technicians

• Support training of operators and ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and HSE requirements

• Provide hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement to maintain optimal balance between quality and production efficiency

Understand, implement, and fulfill all functional requirements of the Yanfeng International OperatingSystem (IOS).

Understand, implement, and comply with all functional requirements for compliance.

Requirements:

Qualification Level III or IV (technical/secondaryeducation preferred)

Preferred experience with injection molding and/or vacuum forming processes.
