IT technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team at BU Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Serbia d.o.o., Kragujevac.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providetechnical support via ticketing system and assist senior IT technicians

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripheral equipment, Windows OS, and client applications

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (including occasional network cabling)

• Deliver high-quality IT support to internal factory users and maintain effective communication

• Maintain service records and documentation of completed tasks

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, HSE standards, and internal quality procedures

• Support a safe and organized work environment

• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay aligned with technology updates

• Ensure understanding, implementation, and full compliance with all functional requirements of the Yanfeng International Operating System (IOS)

• Ensure understanding, implementation, and compliance with all IT and data security requirements within the scope of the role, including YF data confidentiality standards

• Performadditional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

 Qualification Level IV (Secondary education – technical/vocational background preferred)

 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
 Knowledge of IT systems, architecture, and administration
