Responsibilities in this role include:

• Learn and work to supportthe Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands-on activities. 
• Work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment usedin our operations.
• Learn to evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and, when applicable, execute their own recommendations.
• Learn anddemonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding, assembly, and/or special-process equipment in North America.
• Learn to understand scientific molding principles, eDART,and related equipment.
• Expected to be very hands-on and learn to work with our plants to improve equipment-related issues that are impacting plant performance.
