Responsibilities in this role include: 

• Learnand work to support the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands-onactivities.  

• Work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment used in our operations. 

• Learn to evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement,and, when applicable, execute their own recommendations. 

• Learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding, assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America. 

• Learn to understand scientific molding principles, eDART, and related equipment. 

• Expected to be very hands-on and learn to work with our plants to improve equipment-related issues that are impacting plant performance
