Job Description

  • Learn and work to support the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands-on activities.  
  • Work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment used in our operations. 
  • Learn to evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and when applicable executetheir own recommendations. 
  • Learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding,assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America. 
  • Learn to understand scientific molding principles, eDART and related equipment. 
  • Expected to be very hands-on and learn to work with our plants to improve equipment related issues that are impacting plant performance.
