About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-orientedProduction Team leader to support the Production and coordination different teams in Yanfeng Interiors unit.

In this role, you will work closely with internal production teams, maintenance, quality and logistics to ensure efficient processes, timely deliveries, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for starting and handing over the shift and organizing the meeting with the operators at the beginning/end of the shift

• Plans and assigns operators in cooperation with the production shift leader according to the number of operators, operator training level and production plan

• Monitors and improves the efficiency of the line and individual employees and organizes corrective actions in accordance with the reaction plan that lead to the fulfillment of the production plan and the fulfillment of all key production indicators. (KPI)

• Performs productquality control in the production process, on its production line in cooperation with the quality auditor

• Monitors the number of scrapped parts according to the reason for the defect and makes a reaction and solution plan

• Is obliged to implement and respect the "Reaction Plan"

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Level 3 or 4
• 2–3 years of experience in production management, in automotive.
