Job Description

Monitor and optimize processes incoming goods
Optimize quantities of incoming goods
Data entries in ERP system
Ensure data accuracy (stocks, bill of material and planning figures)
Supervise delivery dates
Ensure 100% availability of material or delivery plan
Ensure minimal cost of transportation and avoid obsolete material
Balance material availability, inventory turns and freight
Inventory control and management, optimizing of inventories
Forecast planning capacities and materials (in-house, suppliers)
Discuss supply / transport plan with logistics service provider (operational level)
In case of hard cut part number changes: Drive run-out planning, clean supply chain, prepare eventual claims towards customer
Steering of SOPs in collaboration to other departments / suppliers
Communication with suppliers, initiate special transportation,planning of inventory, clarify debit balances

Specific Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 yearsin dealing with supplier in logistics preferred gained in the automotive industry
good PC-Skills (Word, Excel, MS Project)
good English skills written and verbal
