• Oversee tool builds and engineering changes within Company tool rooms and at outsidevendors.
• Prioritize work within the Company tool room and maintaining tooling standards.
• Provide quotes for in-house tool room work.
• Develop and maintain tooling preventive maintenance program.
• Enforce safety rules daily. Noncompliance of safety rules will result in disciplinary action and/or termination.Actively intervene to correct recognized unsafe actions and conditions.
• Conduct daily observations of PPE use and safe work practices and coach employees as needed.
• Ensure that all accidents including first aid are reported.
• Followall safety guidelines established by this facility daily.  Noncompliance to the safety policywill result in disciplinary action and/or termination.
• Build credibility through continuous demonstration of safety as a value through their personal actions.
• Supervise the Tooling Engineer’s regarding their tooling- and technology level. Educate the Toolin

2-Year College Degree.

Area of Study:     Engineering or similar.

*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for this position.
