Production Shift leader

About the Role

We are lookingfor a proactive and people-oriented Production Shift leader to support the Production and coordination with other departments in Yanfeng Interiors unit.

In this role, you will work closely with internal production teams, maintenance, quality, logistics and customers to ensure efficient processes, timely deliveries, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• He / She has the responsibility to ensure the smoothflow of production on all production lines in the shift he manages and compliance with the specifications of all documents.
• He is responsible for planning the hiring of personnel in cooperation with the Production Sector Manager.
• Responsible for pre-start/end of shift handover and organizing meeting with production team leaders at start of shift.
• He / She has responsibility for planning and deploying operators in cooperation with the Production Manager according tothe number of operators, operator training level and production plan. 
• Maintains communication with operators and production team leaders according to process needs or needs for additional training of operators/production team leaders.
• Improves and monitors the effectivenessof shifts and production team leaders individually and organizes corrective actions that lead to the fulfillment of the production plan.
• Performs quality control in cooperation with qualityengineers.
• He is obliged to implement and respect the "Reaction and Escalation Plan".
• Participates in problem solving meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Level 4, or equivalent Level 6 or 7 qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in production management, in automotive.
