English Conversational skills- fluent Must·

Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto el Marqués·

This position reports to a Production Manager

Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position. ·

It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.

Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation.

Experience minimum 5 years in automotive industry (must) as a Production Superintendent or Leader:

  • Responsible for ensuringcompliance with the weekly production program by analysing and determining trends, action plans andstrategies to solve increases, decreases or non-compliance with demand.
  • Responsible for ensuring the objective of Production Lines. 
  • Responsible for coordinating the Down time (DT) board to determine strategies together with the multidisciplinary team to reduce the operation DT.
  • Responsible for coordinating the SCRAP meeting to determine the strategies togetherwith the multidisciplinary team for the waste reduction.
  • Active participation in standardize work validation processes and processes that are released to operations. As well as ensuring thatthe processes comply with the manufacturing standards defined in the ODSs.
  • Increase productivity of the area by leading improvements, as well as the search for strategies for quality assurance in products: MIX, Compliance and FTQ.
  • Responsible for defining strategies to ensure compliance with the 5’s.
  • Responsible for executing strategies to reduce the rotation and absenteeism of operational personnel.
