Tasks:

• Support in general office and travel organization
• Service and update Reporting and standardize presentations
• Investigation and coordinationwith different departments to support strategy discussions
• Work with Microsoft Teams andset up a file system for all needed global information/activities & document sharing
• Create and maintain a global tracking for customer RFQ´s, open issues, news etc.
• Filing anddistribution of customer documents according legal and company requirements

• Supportin innovation sharing and organization of customer events

   

Requirements: 

• Enrolled Student of Bachelor or Master studies within economics or similar 
• Affine with Business-, Marketing- as well as Cultural aspects
• Strong skills of MS applications (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
• Fluent Germanand good English language skills
