Bachelor’s degree: Human Resources, Organizational Psychologist, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Lawyer or any related.

This position reports to a HR Manager

Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position –

It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.

Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation.

Experience minimum 3 years in automotive industry (must) as Labor Relations Sr / Coordinator in automotive industry:

• Validate compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Work Regulations.
• Ensure proper service and operation of employee cafeteria and transportation benefits.
• Develop strategies to maintain favorable turnover and absenteeism indicators.
• Manage salary changes for hourly personnel.
• Provide support to salaried staff in HR systems (FUSION, KRONOS).
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the labor union.
• Analyze data to present monthly closing HR metrics.
• Handle internal andexternal labor audits.
• Maintain a stable and positive work environment.
• Ensure confidentiality regarding personnel administration matters.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll incident reports (terminations and salary changes).
• Ensure compliance with labor requirements established by the Ministry of Labor (STPS).
• Follow up on labor negotiations before the local labor board and labor defense attorney’s office.

• Handling legal procedures in JLCA and PROFEDET

• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of applicable NOM-STPS labor regulations.

• Knowledge of Oracle system.

• Strong supervisory skills.
