·This position reports to a Shanghai Logistics Manager

· Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.

· It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.

· Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidates

Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as Warehouse Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 :

• Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
• Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first entries, First exits)
• Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
• Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
• Participates in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timing
• Personnel management
• Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse
• Internal & external audits
• Participates in continuous improvement of material processes and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
