Main responsibilities:

1. Monitors root cause analysis for missed targets related to departments and providesrelevant data to the central team on time;
2. Implements the regional planning and continuousimprovement system in accordance with the company’s operational plan, management system standards,superior company requirements, and customer requirements;
3. Cooperates with global operatingsystem engineers to collect and summarize CSR (Customer-Specific Requirements) from regional clients, analyze discrepancies, and promote improvement;
4. Participates in the operational systemoptimization project and the continuous improvement of the central team’s operational system;
5. Promotes standardized document management of the regional operating system, organizes the preparation/revision and approval of regional operating system documents, and publishes the latest effective version of system documents on the document control platform. Collaborates with the central team’s system functions and ensures alignment between regional and global documents;
6. Organizesand plans audits of regional affiliates;
7. According to the central team’s annual audit plan, plans the review of the management system and internal audit system for regional functions and production sites, formulates the annual plan, implements it, and is responsible for follow-up and verification, as well as implementing corrections for non-conformities. Supports departments in closing audit findings and completing audit reports;
8. Prepares the annual process audit plan, executes it, and monitors the closure status of audit findings;
9. Acts as an auditor in the APQP phase, such as PSO (Process Sign-Off), PSMC (Product Safety Manufacturing Certificate), etc.;
10. Coordinates with third parties to organize and plan the annual audit of remote locations and production sites in the region (including production and system certification);
11. Acts as the interface for the company's operating system, promotes the implementation of the global and regional operating system within the company, and the continuous advancement of the company’s operational system;
12. Participates in setting the company’s annual goals and indicators, collects and summarizes achieved goals and indicators, and promotes improvement;
13. Responsible for the company’s operating system documents and work control instructions;
14. Formulates the company’s LPA (Layered Process Audit) plan and promotes its implementation.

Requirements:

• level 6 or 7 qualification in the field of economics or engineering
• 2–5 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
