Responsibilities 

• Providing overall PTP support to suppliersand the business via email or phone
• Providing payment confirmation
• Reconciling accounts payable balances with vendors
• Aged items and debit balance resolution
• Analyze of on-hold invoices, identifying the root causes and finding possible solutions
• Follow up on rejected/returned payments
• Analyze of unallocated payments
• Closing activities 
• Reporting related to agendas in team responsibilities
• Preparing adhoc manual journal entries
• Providing support and timely reacting to other departments andinternal customers
• Ensuring KPI are met

Requirements 

• University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Min 1-2 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm
• Strong Accounting background and accuracy
• MS-Office, ERPs - preferred QAD
• Fluent in English
