Job summary:

• Utilize our people talentsto produce at the pace of customer demand using optimal resources
• Cooperates with the Manager for continuous improvement of the assessment of the current state of the factory's operations
• Lead energy team and activities to reduce energy consumption
• Assist in locating Best-in-Class Operations processes, and then getting them into the plant
• Support  initiatives, including best practice implementation, while striving to improve Business
• Assistto establish YFIMS system in the plant, coordination different kind of activity (training, assessment)
• Identify and drive to implement model Lean lines/ cells, and then extend to whole plant
• Support to whole processes in plant to increase efficiency and reduce the waste
• Analysis current situation of processes, related to cycle time, losses in process, efficiencies (8Waste)
• Coordination and fallowing CI projects/savings
• Provide the training for operations engineers regarding to use lean tools (KAIZEN PDCA / 6 Sigma (DIMAIC)
• Lead and organize the problem solving / KAIZEN workshops / waste walk meeting with multidisciplinary team (onthe monthly daily level)
• Standardize method of work in process of production (Operation Description Sheet ODS – work instruction) in cooperation with operation engineers
• Implementation 5S methodology on the shop floor
• Using standard tracking and reporting systems, willprepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product/ process quality and savings goals
• Onboarding training for new employee
• Participates in weekly meetings with CI departments from other factories in the EMEA/SA region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master degree in economics or degree in engineering
• Minimum 1.5 years experience on the same or similar position is required
• Very good command of spoken and written English is required
• Experience with a leadership of CI / LEAN project with a multidisciplinary team is required
