Job Description

Lead and manage all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
Analyze potential issues related to new products, materials, manufacturing processes, and production systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational performance in line with company objectives.
Provide analyses, reports, and recommendations to factory management regarding production performance, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of production team members.
Develop and coach employees to improve performance, skills, and career development.
Conductemployee performance evaluations and support talent development activities.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and accident prevention requirements.
Establish and maintain quality standards for production processes and finished products in accordance withcustomer and company requirements.
Take overall responsibility for direct and indirect production processes within the assigned area.
Identify and implement process, workflow, and organizational improvements to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce manufacturing costs.
Analyze production costs, equipment efficiency, and process performance, and defineimprovement targets to support plant objectives.
Support new product launches and oversee APQP-related production activities in cooperation with Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure achievement of production KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery,cost, and people development.
