Manage ERP - Sap will be a plus

Experience supporting shipment tracking, documentation control, or coordination with carriers is desirable but not required.

Basic exposure to import/export operations or customs processes is an advantage.

Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting activities.

Timing availabiliy

Experience minimum 2 years in automotive industry or Forwarder:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date transportation and logistics files, ensuring proper document control and compliance with internal procedures.

Track operational shipments daily, providing status updates and ensuring timelydeliveries.

Coordinate closely with the logistics team, carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth transportation and import operations.

Monitorand control unit arrivals at the warehouse, confirming schedules and reporting any delays or discrepancies.

Support route planning activities to optimize transportation efficiencyand delivery times.

Prepare and send shipment pre-alerts to internal teams andexternal partners.

Update logistics portals and internal systems with shipment and operational information.

Conduct weekly file reviews and updates to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Assist in the preparation and control of logisticsand import documentation.

Update and maintain internal logistics manuals and procedures as needed.

Control and reconcile logistics expenses, supporting cost tracking and analysis.
