Supervisory Capacity:    ​Direct Reports:  7+ 

• Comply with production programs
• Administration of personnel according to the needs of the operation
• Take advantage of the support areas to ensure the production rate
• To be an interface between Materials-Quality-Maintenance-IT-Engineering in solving problems related to the fulfillment of the production program and assurance of the rate
• Fulfill the expectations of the internal and external customer (Rate / Quality / delivery) with the assurance of theoperation in general, with Security, order, and cleanliness.
• Provide a safe work environment, inculcating in the members of his team an intolerance for unsafe acts and conditions.
• Oversee the supervisors on the shift. Provide guidance, support, and accountability.
• Commitment to following the guidelines of the environmental management system and the prevention of contamination.
• Other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience | Skills | Knowledge: 

• 5+ years of experience with Production Leadership experience
• 3-5 years minimum of Supervisor Experience within the automotive industry
• Just in Time (JIT) environment experience
• Must be able and willing totravel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. 
• Computer literacy
• Excellent oral communication skills. 
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Proficient organizational skills
• Familiarity with industry standardequipment and technical expertise
