We are looking for a motivated team member in the Engineering Department for our business unit Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor improving the foaming process, optimizing process parameters and workstation layouts, and reducing operator count and cycle time
• Continuously analyzes process flow, cycle times, and equipment performance, and proposes and implements improvement measures
• Prepares and maintainsprocess documentation including process flow diagrams, PFMEA, capacity charts, work instructions, and layout
• Trains operators, monitors adherence to work instructions, and identifies and corrects process deviations to ensure process control
• Collects, processes, and analyzes production data to stabilize operations and reduce manufacturing costs
• Participates in defining and updating equipment and tooling specifications, supports the equipment procurement process, andassists with troubleshooting and equipment acceptance
• Responsible for MBOM accuracy and contributes to the setup and monitoring of production tracking systems
• Keeps up to date with technological developments and implements relevant solutions into the production process
• Collaborates with the production team on continuous improvement of equipment, processes, and workstation layouts
• Oversees engineering changes (ECP) and ensures proper implementation into production while working on reducing change-related costs
• Supports the advanced engineeringdepartment in implementing advanced process technologies and global process standardization

Requirements:

• 6th or 7th level of qualification in mechanical,technical, electrical, or chemical engineering
• Minimum two years of experience with foaming processes
• Fluent English language skills
