We are hiring an Equipment Engineer at Yanfeng Safety Systems, Kragujevac. This role is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of equipment andtools, ensuring they operate continuously and efficiently to meet production needs while controlling and reducing maintenance costs.

Main Responsibilities

• Participates in the design review of new equipment and tools and establishes the equipment/tool list.
• Troubleshoots PLC program errors according to requirements.
• Prepares and updates LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) work instructions for equipment.
• Trains maintenance department personnel and other employees.
• Responsible for resolving equipment failures (especially those causing on-site downtime longer than 15 minutes) and identifying root causes.
• Manages spare parts by developing standards and plans for purchasing spare parts and tools and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Standardizes maintenance documentation, including recording, statistics, analysis, and archiving of equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables,and PLC program files.
• Implements and continuously optimizes preventive maintenance plansfor equipment and tools to improve overall equipment efficiency.
• Organizes maintenance personnel and assigns maintenance and repair tasks as required.
• Participates in the trainingand skill assessment of maintenance personnel to improve efficiency levels.
• Organizes andparticipates in the commissioning and installation inspection of facilities and equipment.
• Participates in safety and health risk assessments of production equipment and develops appropriate management plans.

Requirements:

Level III or IV vocational qualification in mechanical or technical field
