We are hiring Equipment Engineer in Yanfeng Safety Systems, Kragujevac. 

Main Responsibilites of this role:
 

• Manages all activities related to planning, budgeting, design, procurement, and handling of returnableand non-returnable packaging 
• Leads design review meetings 
• Provides support to teams and meetings related to new product launches 
• Analyzes engineering drawings and packaging specifications 
• Leads and reports on budgeting and planning activities 
• Leads and reports on budgeting activities related to internal logistics 
• Prepares packaging instructions for internally manufactured parts 
• Managesmaterial flows throughout the production and logistics process 
• Participates in thedevelopment and modification of work instructions and procedures related to internal logistics 
• Develops production strategies and plans, and provides support for production logistics 
• Analyzes customer requirements and creates internal production plans in accordance with process constraints 
• Develops a stable logistics chain to ensure smooth day-to-dayoperations 
• Reviews and optimizes production and packaging logistics in cooperationwith the operations department 
• Clarifies open issues with customers and internal stakeholders 
• Identifies opportunities for BOM optimization and potential cost savings 
• Reviews BOM structures and other material system parameters (QAD) in cases of productchanges, new product launches, and material shortages affecting the supply chain 
• Uses the ERP system to analyze inventory status and material movement through logistics processes 
• Ensures accurate ERP system functionality by setting appropriate parameters 
• Participates in the analysis of discrepancies between physical and system inventory levels

Requirements:

VII degree of qualifications
Working experience in similar roles is prefferred
