We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team at BU Yanfeng Safety Systems inKragujevac.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages all activities related to transportation
• Searches for the best transport offers
• Organizes special (premium/urgent) transports
• Organizes the transport of dangerous goods 
• Organizes international road, air, and overseas (ocean) transport
• Collects all necessary information required for transport execution
• Communicates and coordinates with all participants in the transport chain
• Manages complete documentation (opening transport orders, monitoring, execution, closing, and archiving)
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports and performs other transport-related tasks
• Creates transport budgets by suppliers and across all transport routes
• Responsible for improving the transport organization process 

Requirements:

Fourth level of qualification 

Preferred experience in logistics and the automotive industry
