• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience working directly with OEM customers.

Experience minimum 3 years in automotive industry (must) as Launch Engineer in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 handling airbags, steering wheels or seatbelts maufacturing ( must):

• Lead and coordinate new product launches from pre-production through full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Develop and track launch timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure production readiness, including tooling, equipment, and process validation.
• Monitor and resolve issues during pilot builds and early production phases.
• Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers (OEMs) regarding launch status, risks,and issue resolution.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to stabilize production after launch.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost targets.
