Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and / or Industrial Engineering, International Trade, International Trade, International Business, Economics, MBA or any related area.

English conversational skills – must 

Knowledge of:

Commercial compliance in the automotive industry

• Government programs IMMEX, PROSEC, RULE 8, Annex 24, Annex 31

• Customs operation structure

• Customs regimes

• Free trade agreements

• Official Mexican standards

ERP Management- Sap will be a plus

Experience minimum 1- 2 years in automotive industry in: 

• Assist in the preparation and review of import and export documentation (commercial invoices, packinglists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Support customs clearance processes incoordination with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Help maintain accurate records of customs transactions and related documentation.
• Assist with HS code classification and data validation under supervision.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and report status to the customs team.
• Support compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and internal procedures.
• Assistin responding to customs inquiries, audits, or requests for information.
• Update databases, ERP systems, and customs-related reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams as needed.
