Yanfeng, a global leader in automotive industry, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in the Yanfeng Safety Systems division.

Thisindividual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business performance, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. Main Responsibilities:

•  Month-end P&L closing activities, monthly reporting and analyse cost variances
•  Balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis
•  Support set up of inventory management system, track inventory physical cycle counting result
•  Product standard cost setup and comparison with actual cost; BOM review 
•  Product analysis: material consumption, PPV, MUV, freight out/in, labour efficiency etc
•  Make sure the process of cost collection can fit the operation;
•  Manage expenditure according to budget and rolling forecast, capital and expenses;
•  Monthly financial report, rolling forecast, yearly budget, 5year BP
•  Support yearly inventory counting
•  Give the suggestion tooperation and related departments
•  Cooperate YFI finance team to deal with local financial issue, and may take on some accounting, tax, treasury issue to ensure compliancewith accounting standard
•  Assist and provide information to internal and external auditors

Requirements: 

• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on finance/ controlling especially accounting, finance, controlling
• 3 years of experience in finance and controlling
