Job Description

  • Learn to deliver component and system designs that meet customer performanceand manufacturing requirements. 

  • Learn toconduct design assessments to ensure manufacturing and performance risks are addressed. 

  • Learn to identify and resolve design-related issues using tools such as 8D and 5-why. 

  • Learn tomanage customer interface. 

  • Understand how to use calculations, CAE, prototyping, and testing to confirm product performance. 

  • Create timelines and tactical plans that ensure on-timedelivery of engineering deliverables. 

  • Learn to utilize Lean Engineering principles in all facets of work.
