Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. The New Project Lead AME is part of the Simultaneous Development Team for technical and manufacturing content
2. New Project Lead is the interface from the SDT towards thesupporting process teams (IM, CSW, CP) inside the AME organization
3. Creation of CAR (budget), line layout, process flow together with other departments and operations.
4. Responsible for creation and tracking of mandatory KPI`s (deliverables like PFMEA, Layout, VSM) inside PLM and to management
5. Responsible for product and process feasibility (technical and financial aspect) as well as YF BBP implementation.
6. Change evaluation from request for quotation including cost check for sales offer
7. Launch- timing alignment between Program Management and launching Plant location
8. In case ofmore than 1 Plant is involved into the new project, New Project Lead is operating for all locationswith Launch Team and Manufacturing Engineering

Education:
Bachelor degree in a technical direction or at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing activities with complex scope (automotive experience preferred)
Work Experience:
Min. 5 years’ experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer or Technician on multiple technologies
OEM, Tier One or Equipment supplier work experience (preferably automotive)
Plastics process or assembly experience
MS Office skills
Lean manufacturing
Equipment & tool specification, selection, purchasing and installation and start up
Reporting on project issues, findings and measures
Basic knowledge of financials
Team building skills
High communication skills (verbal and written)
