The role of the Senior Controller is to facilitate profitable financial decisions and drive financial improvement in the pre-production and production phases of our business. This includes managing a team of Controllers and owning responsibility for Business Planning, Product Costing, Product Pricing, and Customer Interface on financial issues for Commercial Business Units. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a team of four direct reports (Revenue Analysts) toensure accurate pricing and sales reporting integrity
• Lead BU teams in weekly reviews ofcommercial roadmap file to generate ideas
• Lead weekly reviews of past due receivables with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow
• Review and assist in month end sales pricing accruals
• Maintain tracking of commercial improvement ideas in commercial roadmap file
• Submit commercial forecasts weekly using Hyperion
• Perform variance analyses of current roadmap versus profit plan and prior forecasts
• Manage special assignmentsas directed by YF leadership
