This position will work closely with functional business groups, senior leadership, and technicalteams. The role functions listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilityrequired. 

• The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between the end users and the technical team for YFAI Applications.

Primary activities:

• Process support for end-users.
• Defining and documenting requirements for future enhancements.
• First-line YFAI Applications end-user support.
• End-user training.
• Helping prioritize defects for fixing.
• Assisting in data fixing.
• Help text authoring.
• Assisting with creation of training videos

Requirements: 

·         5+ years of industry experience in Information Technology implementing ERP solutions:QAD EE, Mfg/Pro or SAP.

·         Master data management experience.

·         Project management experience or managing a streamof a implementation is a plus.

•  Progress Coding is a plus.

·         Automotive industrybackground preferred, understanding of SCM/Logistics, JIT/JIS processes is an advantage.

·         Understanding and supporting interfacing between ERP and other systems.

·         Experience using enterprise requirements elicitation and management tools and methodologies 

·         Knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing (integration, user, and performance), implementation, and support
