Yanfeng Safety Systems is looking for a Process Technician whowill be responsible for monitoring and improving sewing/parts production processes, controlling process parameters, and supporting production operations in order to achieve high product quality and optimal process efficiency. The position involves daily cooperation with process and production engineers, troubleshooting production-related issues, and active participation in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to production processes and machines used in parts manufacturing.
• Documents activities and collaborates with process technicians, production engineers, and shift supervisors to ensure efficient problem-solving and process improvement.
• Reports any deviations from established methods and procedures that may be necessary to resolve specific production-related issues.
• Participates in all sewing/parts production trials, prepares sample parts, and defines/adjusts sewing parameters.
• Participates in commissioning of new and refurbishedmachines in cooperation with mechanics, production engineers, and advanced production engineers.
• Conducts operator training in accordance with defined procedures and work standards.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of quality standards established by the Quality Department toensure maximum production of acceptable parts.
• Systematically monitors all process parameters to ensure the best possible balance between quality and productivity under specific production conditions.
• Oversees sewing/parts production processes to ensure proper process control.
• Performs daily shop floor visits, checks machines and finished products from both process and quality perspectives, identifies deviations, participates in problem-solving activities, and updates required documentation.
• Analyzes production operations to identify opportunities for improvements in methods, procedures, and process design, and proposes improvements to the Production Engineer.
• Conducts sample trials and proposes appropriate technical solutions to the Advanced Production Engineer.
• Provides support to Production Supervisors in training employees for line operations and monitors execution of activities related to process control.

Requirements:

• III or IV level of vocational/secondary education, preferably with a technical background
• Previous experience in similar positions is considered anadvantage
