• Ensure necessary manpower, equipment and components are available to meet customer demand.
• Review prior shift pass down to prioritize actions needed to fulfil production requirements.
• Coordinate daily staff meeting to discuss current production status, past issues and upcoming activities.
• Compile KPI data for daily management review.
• Monitor current running status and open issues throughout the day. 
• Train and develop Supervisors and manage the Performance Review process and their career development.
• Review and/or complete end of shiftreport and distribute to manager and appropriate personnel.

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate Scrap review meetingswith Supervisors and support functions.
• Participate in staff selection and recruitment process.
• Perform Daily Operator efficiency reviews and provide rootcause of any issues.
• Participate in LPA audits.
• Auditand enforce 5S standards.
