Job Description

The College Internship Program at Yanfeng provides you with real world projects via full-time work through the summer break with hands-on, career-specific experience (from May through the beginningof August). The program connects Yanfeng interns across the US developing skills through technicaltraining and career coaching.  

You will be assigned a buddy and a mentor, who will makesure you feel at home and will support your development. Additionally, interns are engaged in networking and educational activities throughout their internship to gain exposure to senior level management and to learn more about Yanfeng, our values, culture and career opportunities.   

Responsibilities within the HR internship may include:  

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition department on assigned tasks such as scheduling interviews and facilitating pre-employment screenings
  • Help develop job postings and recruitment marketing materials
  • Support execution of employer branding strategies across social media and career platforms
  • Create and post content highlighting company culture, employee stories, and internship programs

Qualifications:  

  • Current student enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or similar field  
  • 3.00 GPA or higher  
  • Prior internship(s), workexperience, and/or extracurricular activities preferred Highly motivated, positive attitude and goalorientated  
  • US Sponsorship not available for this position  
  • Abilityto continue internship part time after the summer program
