Job Description

1．负责人员预算及数据管理；
2．负责人员招聘及培训工作；
2．根据亚太及大区的要求，推进落实员工绩效及员工发展工作；
3．负责员工关系管理；
4．负责入离职/调动/劳动合同管理；
5. 策划、组织员工评优及体检工作；
6. 组织完成公司重大文化活动，如愿景周、团队集会、年会等；
7. 完成上级临时交办的其他任务。
