1. Responsible for Project engineering development budget, budget management, meet budget targetof the project.
2. Responsible for engineering development schedule and delivery management: control and monitor the development progress of the project, identify and manage project risks, ensureto meet or exceed the objectives of project schedule.
3. Responsible for engineering development quality management, ensure DV pass finally, lead the crossover issue solving process, drive crossfunction team for issue solving and factory/production line issue support.
4. Responsible forProject engineering change evaluation and implementation: organize and implement project engineeringchanges.
5. Responsible for engineering team resource arrangement and coordination, includinginternal and external team coordination.
6. Responsible for project technical contact window for customer, arrange customer focus issues to be solved on time.
7. Responsible for company process improvement of project management area (EPG).
8. Support BU/TS team to win new business.
