Job Description
1. 实验室相关文件的编写。包括符合ISO17025的流程文件及技术类的文件。
2. 确认委托实验的内容。
3. 根据实验所需时间进行实验排期。
4. 实验过程跟踪，实验结束后，数据整理，输出实验报告。
5. 维护实验室设备，保证其能正常运行。
6. 对实验室操作工进行培训。
7. 对实验室区域的安全，环境做定期检查，确保无风险。
8. 负责工厂的计量管理工作。确认外部计量方的资质，计量周期的管理，协调内部与计量方的时间实施计量，结果和报告的跟踪，计量系统的维护。
9. 负责三坐标的测量。根据产品图纸和数模，制定测量方案，确认测量报告，分析测量结果；负责制定三坐标测量、设备维护的工作规范、计划并组织实施；协助检具的验收认可协助进行产品检具的验收，负责尺寸测量，核对检具供应商尺寸测量报告；制定三坐标测量、设备维护的工作规范、计划并组织实施。
10. 承接基础目标&其他：承接公司分解到科室的各项基础目标，或其他上级要求完成的工作。
