According to thedecomposition requirements of AP performance goals, complete the formulation of AP VAVE performancegoals, follow the tracking mechanisms, dynamic adjustment mechanisms, risk identification mechanisms, and warning escalation mechanisms, and promote the achievement of AP VAVE performance goals.
2.按分配区域/工厂，以“顾问伙伴”形式协同、督促、支持VAVE负责人开展工作，促进区域/工厂VAVE工作目标的实现。
According to region/plant, in the form of "consultant partner", collaborate, supervise and support VAVE leaders to carry out works, andpromote the achievement of region/plant work goals. 
3.培训VAVE条线负责工程师，并通过辅导、带教、审核等多种形式，促进VAVE个体工程师能力建设和提升。
Plan the engineer training program for the VAVE line, and promote the capacitybuilding and improvement of individual VAVE engineers and the overall team through various forms such as training, coaching, mentoring, and auditing.
4.作为项目负责人，完成专项（如自主料等）、专题（如客户降价专题等）、平台（如紧固件等）类工作。
As project leader, to complete special projects (such as self produced materials), specialsubject (such as customer price reduction), and platform (such as fasteners).
5.支持完善VAVE知识体系，并持续寻求机会和建议供优化体系建设、充实知识管理基础。
Improve VAVE knowledge system, continuously seek opportunities to optimize system construction and enrich knowledge management foundation.
6.支持完善VAVE工作流程，并持续寻求机会和建议优化流程，支持各层级实际工作效率的持续提升。
Improve VAVE work process, continuously seek opportunities to optimizethe process, and support the continuous improvement of actual work efficiency at all levels.
7.基于VAVE职能整体工作绩效和职能建设需求，支持并提供建议按需组织跨职能、跨客户等交流活动，以支持并提升绩效目标、团队建设、客户满意的实现。
Based on the overall work performance and functional construction needs of VAVE, support and provide suggestions for organizing cross functional and cross customer communication activities as needed to support and improve the achievement of performance goals, team building, and customer satisfaction.
8.完成直接经理交付的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
