岗位描述：

1. 根据公司目标和部门目标，监督生产现场工艺执行情况，以保证现场生产是贯彻工艺文件、质量标准、临时通知和控制计划，处于受控状态的。
1. Supervisethe implementation of production site processes according to company and departmental goals to ensure that on-site production is carried out in accordance with process documents, quality standards, temporary notices, and control plans, and is in a controlled state.
2. 根据工艺主管的安排，分析客户处质量问题和内部巡检、Audit问题，并制订改进措施及执行。
2. According to the arrangement of the process supervisor, analyze qualityissues and internal inspection and audit problems at the customer's site, and formulate improvementmeasures and implement them.
3. 根据要求修改工艺条件和质量控制方法，以保证css目标的完成、产品生产效率的提升。

4. 根据流程规定、图纸数据和实际情况，执行各类技术文件/、质量记录表式的更新和维护，分析技术文件中需要持续改进之处，保证文件的及时性、有效性、合理性。

5. 根据要求，参与新产品和新项目工作，完成项目中工艺问题的熟悉和解决。

6. 与生产区域、供应商管理人员及其他部门协调工艺措施实施情况，保证技术问题得以解决。
6. Coordinate the implementation of process measures with production areas, supplier management personnel, and other departments to ensure that technical issues are resolved.
7. 根据流程，协助体系工程师进行内外审问题的整改工作。

8. 根据实际的产品质量情况和符合认证标准的产品要求，决定是否停止生产或停止使用有故障的设备、不合格的工装或模具、不合格或状态不清的原材料及外协件，保证不合格品不会被流转至客户处。

任职条件：

1、大学本科及以上学历

2、两年及以上制造领域制造技术相关经验
