Main Responsibilities
•   Be responsible for Region program management, promoting and implementing programs as planned
•   负责区域项目管理，推动和落实项目按计划开展。
•   Regular organizing meetings with customers and suppliers as a machine/tool manufacturer and exporting conference reports.
•   组织与客户以及供应商会议，输出会议报告
•   Own capability of global on-site engineering management as well as problem analysis and solving; be responsible for leading the team to carry out on-site construction and providing technical guidance; be able to cope with emergencies and analyze and solve problems with skilled using quality tools.
•   具备所负责区域现场工程管理能力及分析解决问题的能力，负责带领团队进行现场施工以及提供技术指导，应对突发状况，并能熟练运用质量工具对问题进行分析解决。
•   Submit Bi Weekly Report marked with current issue and action plan. Working out a To Do List report and update it Bi-weekly. 
•   每两周提交一次报告，并注明当前问题和行动计划。编制一份待办事项报告，每两周更新一次。
•   Other specific jobs which are instructed from Section Manger 
•   完成科室经理安排的其他任务。
