1. Responsible for collecting/analyzing the demands and issues related to the FICO module, as well as confirming the solution, including FS designing, system configuration, testing, and support forsystem cutover.

2.Participate as an internal consultant in the rollout and implementation ofSAP in the company. Including the implementation of the SAP system for the new plant, and the cutover from old ERP system to the SAP system. Including blueprint discussion, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, and SAP go-live support.

3. Participate in SAP global rollout, effectively communicate requirements with overseas users and provide solutions.

4. Communicate and collaborate with other IT systems (BPM/HFM/EIP, etc.) and business departments to ensure timely project go-live.

5. Possess certain project management abilities, undertake the responsibilities of a project manager for rollout projects, manage project resources, risks, etc., and complete the related project implementation according to the project plan.
