iCARE is our employee-driven grant program that encourages employees to form volunteer teams and work with local non-profit organizations and educational institutions to support the arts, education, environment, health, sustainability and social service in our local communities.

What does iCare mean?

• I represents both Yanfeng company & I, myself - every individual employees’ participation.

• Charitable: iCARE will support different kinds of programs with a charitable purpose, such as support for the environment, education, elderly, disabled etc.

• ​Attentive & Responsibility: iCARE advocates Yanfeng and employees to be more attentive and take more responsibility in daily life, which requires not only financial support but also employee volunteer activity for contributions.

• Enable: iCARE aims to encourage employees to enable more by contribution to local community and/or charity organizations.​

Since 1984, the Care & Share program has contributed funds to charitable causes and organizations that have been nominated by Yanfeng employees. Each year, money raised through donations and employees' payroll deductions has amounted to over $26 million, supporting over 90 organizations over the life of the program. What started in Michigan expanded in 2021 to include all U.S. locations!
