Job Description

1 .在生产现场进行工艺巡检，就生产中简单的技术问题，进行分析，可在工艺参数设定的范围内进行调整。

2. 根据工程师制订的解决技术问题的措施，与生产现场协调执行。

3. 根据培训要求，对生产操作人员（新员工）进行的岗位技能培训，保证各类文件更改后对员工达到岗位要求。

4. 协助工程师对生产中的技术改进措施实施情况进行跟踪和验证。

5. 协助设备部门完成工装模具保养的工作指导书。
