Job Description

岗位职责Main Responsibilities
1.   独立完成自动化装备项目的自动化控制方案调试,保证项目的顺利完成;
Electricaldesign independently commissioning of the project to ensure the smooth completion of the project.  
2.   技术协议的制作及外发电气管理
Write technical agreement and outsourcing management
3.   客户验收技术答疑,以及问题记录和整改
Technical explanation and answer the questions forcustomer acceptance, record technical issues and refine it.
4.   协助售后部门技术诊断,收集,反馈,解决售后问题以及必要现场支持
Assist after service technical support help diagnose,collect issues and solvingthe problems.
5.   流程文件,检查单,和DFMEA,L&L 编制
Document ,check list ,DFMEA,Write lesson and learn
6.   其他技术工作安排
Other assigned technical work

 

任职要求Common Requirements:
1.   电气自动化或机电一体专业背景
electric automation design background,mechatronics  and other related majors
2.   熟悉过程集成和机电系统
Know well process integration and electromechanical / mechatronic systems
3.   熟悉低压元器件,电线和电缆,传感器,安全硬件,PLC硬件,远程I / O,VFD和伺服系统。
Well know circuit protectors, wire and cable, sensors, safety hardware, PLC hardware, remote I/O, VFD and servo systems.
4.   熟练的PLC(Siemens S7 / TIA Portal和Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000)调试经验
Good debug experience on Ladder logic PLCs (Siemens S7/TIA Portal & Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000)
1、安全相关的组态配置与安全程序调试
1.Safety-related configuration and safety programming
2、现场总线,PLC之间的通讯配置
2.Communication configuration between fieldbus, PLCs
3 、PLC ST语言编程能力

4、博图软件里工艺对象的配置

5.   具备熟练的变频驱动器编程和调试能力。

2.Robot communication configurationand programming
3、常用的Rapid指令(IO指令,移动指令及逻辑指令)及Rapid程序(例行程序,中断程序及功能函数)
3.Commonly used Rapid instructions (IO instructions, move instructions and logic instructions) and Rapid programs (routineprograms, interrupt programs and functional functions)
4、机器人工件坐标系和工具坐标系的标定及负载数据的设定
4.Calibration of robot work coordinate and tool coordinate and setting of load
5、机器人常用的案例(码垛,搬运,机床上下料的应用)
5.Commonly used cases of robot(palletizing, handling, tool loading and unloading applications)
6、Robot软件使用及仿真功能运用

7、机器人工艺动作操作方法
7.Robot operation experience
7.   具有视觉系统(康耐视,基恩士)的经验更佳
Better has experience with Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
8.   有较强的语言和文字总结及表达能力,良好的沟通技巧

Education教育背景:大学本科或研究生,自动化,机电一体化等相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, automation, mechatronics and other related majors
Work Experience工作经验:相关设计工作经验 ≥ 3年 
Related work experience ≥ 3year · 非标自动化行业背景More than 3 years of experience in the design and commissioning of non-standard electrical automation equipment.
