Essential Functions of Job:
    Supervisory Capacity:        Direct Reports:  16-20
•    Ensure that the inventory and reliability of materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments 
•    Ensure that therotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the PEPS system (first entries, first departures)
•    Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant. 
•    Record receiving and distribution ofgoods (production material) in warehouse.
 

Additional Responsibilities: 
•    Participate in annual inventory.
•    Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations. 
•    Update of stock level for Material coordinators.
•    Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management. 
•    Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection.
 

Required Education Level     High School Graduateor Equivalent
Area of Study:     General Studies/Supply Chain Management or similar
*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
 

Required Qualifications   
1 -3 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previous experience supervising people.
1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Must be able and willing to work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confinedspaces.
 

Preferred Qualifications    

•    Able to pass forklift certification testing.
•    Detail oriented.
•    Experience with Microsoft systems
•    Experience with warehouse management systems.
•    Experienced coaching employees (performance reviews/corrective actions)
•    Counting/Basicmath skills.
