Job description:

• Manages the team of technology and maintenance engineers
• Provides support to technology and maintenance engineers in planning activities
• Participates in the review of new equipment/tool designs and establishes the list of equipment/tools; participates in the development of technical specifications for theselection, procurement, and receipt of new equipment or equipment parts
• Participates in troubleshooting of production equipment
• Plans and executes maintenance activities for electrical and electronic machine equipment (PLC, integrated control systems, robots)
• Participates in the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Responsible for occupational safety when working with equipment for operators and maintenance staff
• Trains maintenance personnel and other employees
• Responsible for solving process-related issues that cause product quality defects, root cause analysis, defining action plans, and prescribing rework procedures
• Responsible for spare parts management, defining standards and procurement plans for spare partsand tools, and maintaining spare parts inventory in reasonable quantities
• Responsible for standardization, documentation, statistics, analysis, and archiving of equipment checklists, parameter control tables, equipment intervention records, etc.
• Responsible for implementing and continuously optimizing preventive maintenance plans for equipment and tools, as well as continuously improving equipment efficiency
• Responsible for assigning preventive maintenance and repair tasks as needed
• Participates in training and skill assessment of maintenance personnel to improve efficiency levels
• Organizes and participates in commissioning and inspection of installation of all subassembliesand equipment
• Participates in occupational health and safety risk assessmentand formulates appropriate management plans
• Oversees and inspects operationsrelated to employee safety to ensure that equipment is in operational condition

Requirements:

• 6th or 7th level of education
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an industrial environment
